Little Paradise is a lovely 3 1/2 bedroom holiday house fabulously situated in the delightful seaside community of Noordhoek. The spacious house (220 sq.m.) is located at the foothills of the mountains of the Silvermine Nature Reserve and offers a 270 degree view of the surrounding mountains, the valley, the wetlands and the sea.
The property boasts a large private garden incorporating a playground for children, a pond, a veggie garden, a large solar heated swimming pool and plenty of furniture for relaxing in the fresh air.
The interior, decor and furnishings combine style with the warmth of an original and friendly farmhouse. Each room is created with a lot of love in its own personality. Little Paradise is an ideal place to spend your holiday with children, family or friends.
Little Paradise has a Solar System with Inverter and BackUp Batteries, so Loadshedding is a thing of the past!
Noordhoek is known as the green heart of the Cape Peninsula with lots of farms and stables. It has a delightful village atmosphere, the ambience is tranquil and serene, with plenty of wide open spaces, unspoiled beaches and breathtaking scenery.
Despite its country atmosphere, Noordhoek has a lot to offer, including restaurants, horse-riding, whale watching, hiking trails, surfing, bird-watching and an art route. In the immediate vicinity of Noordhoek are four golf courses and some of the main attractions of the Cape like Chapman's Peak Drive (one of the most scenic coastal drives in the world), the penguins of Simonstown, Cape of Good Hope, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens or the oldest wineries in South Africa. The main attractions of the Cape like the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, Constantia Winelands are all within a few minutes drive.
