The Cape and especially the Cape Peninsula are an Eldorado for cyclists. Annually all the famous cyclists use the optimal conditions at the Cape for the preparation for the Tour de France. But also hobby cyclists are enthusiastic from the innumerable possibilities and the fantastic landscape. The motorists in the area are used to pay attention. The cyclists train the whole year for the greatest cycle race of the world. Annually starts the Cape Argus Race with more than 35.000 participants. The tour moves around the Cape Peninsula and passes 150 meters from Little Paradise. Besides the fantastic possibilities for cyclists, there are numerous routes for mountain biking throughout the Cape Peninsula allowing people of all levels to interact with the magnificent beauty of the natural environment. |
