In the Little Paradise you are your own chef de cuisine. You'll use a fully equipped kitchen and a big charcoal grill.
And nevertheless you should not miss to enjoy the specialties of the restaurants of Noordhoek and the environment.

South Africa has developed to a worldwide gastronomic fixpoint. And the Cape area with a great number of gourmet-restaurants is the best of all. And even in Noordhoek you'll find a gourmet-restaurant:

Franck Dangereux, one of the world-leading chefs, finished his career at the Constantia restaurant 'La Colombe' and opened his own restaurant in Noordhoek.  
But also the simple restaurants around the corner promise special joys due to the high quality of the ingredients (for example the local seafood) and the kitchen shaped by numerous influences.

Seafood is especially popular in all variations of oysters up to the rock lobsters which are catched of the water directly before the coast of Noordhoek. But you should have tried also the different meat kinds as cattle, jumping-goat, bunch and Kudo.

The traditional kitchen offers then Sosaties (Meat spit of mutton and cattle), Bredie (Hot pot with meat and vegetable) and Bobotie (Crowd from Lamb with curry).

Since 1997 Noordhoek has with the 'Cape Point Vineyards Noordhoek Estate' an own vinery.
Currently Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon and Noble Late Harvest are grown.

The wines are offered in the following local businesses: Noordhoek Farm Village, Shorties and Picardi Rebel.
